Nobody was in the office and door was closed, waited a while til someone came to check us in. Restroom had a whole in ceiling and the restroom was dim and looked dirty. Beds were not comfortable at all very lumpy and woke up with back pain. Also not tv remote, had to change the channel by pressing on TV button.

I would like to say that the lady Jodine was so helpful.. but the rooms were pretty bad one of the rooms smell like cat urine the bed had black spots all over bed it was pretty bad. The thing I did like that it’s gated just the beds and the sad part is that’s the most important part because that’s were you lay your head at night

"The hall carpeting looked super old. My room stunk when I got there. I had to go buy air freshener it was so bad. The freezer section of the refrigerator was all iced over and it froze half my food that I brought with me. Very disappointing. And a lot of homeless hanging around nearby at an AM/PM ..."
